Great location, super friendly and professional staff. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was just stunning! Our dogs were welcome at the hotel which is very important to us. Spacious room, big and comfortable bed and amazing mountain views from the balcony. Plenty of parking available. Cleaning staff very professional and accommodating. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

It was a very pretty and happy accommodation that felt like something out of a fairy tale. I was very impressed by the spacious, warm and well-conditioned rooms, the very friendly reception staff, the restaurant that served the best cuisine, the wonderful swimming pool and sauna, and the Squishy Club that were available as auxiliary facilities. I was given valuable time as a gift. Thank you.

All other services including the staff were perfect. The hotel was suitable for small children. And the play area was excellent.

location is great, hotel is clean, breakfast is fantastic, facilities were good, swimming pool was not working but they did everything to compensate

Radison zakopane is an excellent hotel, Absolutely everyone treated us well. Our room was spacious and cosy, The mountain view made us feel so lucky. A little hungry in the morning? The breakfast buffet will have plenty to your liking. From pancakes and fruit, to cheese and oats, off to your room you'll float. To the mountains during the day? Worry not, the relaxing spa awaits you on your return, to lay. Jaccuzi or sauna? Why not both, and a little siesta? Or maybe swimming and stretching is your thing? From the huge swimming pool to the functional gym, the options are enticing. But what about sleeping you may wonder? A choice of two pillows await you; to sleep you will surrender. I can safely say right now, That the whole trip was "wow", I'm already looking forward to our next stay, Its impossible to stay away !

We stayed in a spacious 50m² apartment on the top floor, which was immaculate and thoughtfully set up—perfectly suited for our family, including two young children. The large balcony offered stunning views, and the city center was conveniently located less than 1 km away. The hotel facilities, including the pool and restaurant, met the high standards we expect from Radisson Blu. The staff was consistently friendly and spoke English very well.

We got a free room upgrade and it was amazing because the room exceeded all our expectations. It was an apartment on the 6th floor with a large balcony and stunning mountain views. It was especially pleasant to watch the incredible sunset while sitting on your balcony. We would like to stay there for at least a month.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson in Zakopane, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's cozy atmosphere, coupled with its breathtaking views of the Tatry Mountains, made for a truly magical retreat for us. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Given the number of people staying at the hotel, it's impressive how well the staff manage their responsibilities. The room was spacious and bright, with a clean bedroom and bathroom, providing a cozy home atmosphere after a day of admiring the nature around Zakopane. The hotel facilities, including the spa that offers various types of relaxation, exceeded our expectations. We were especially pleased by the cleanliness of the spa zone. The buffet breakfast was very nice, with a large selection of food suitable for both children and adults. The breakfast assortment was not boring, as different options were offered every morning. We can't wait to return to the Radisson and enjoy every moment again. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to recharge their batteries and rest in Zakopane.
