Hotel is in a good location, it is near mountain tracks and just a few hundreds meters to city center. You can reach every place by foot. Little supermarket is near hotel too. Hotel has underground parking and parking by entrance. Lobby and other leisure zones has lot of space and comfortable. Staff is good english speaking, polite and always smiling. Rooms are not big, but tidy and quite. Bathroom is big enough, has bath and shower too. Breakfast offers standart meals and star of all children american waffles with sprayed cream. Tip for visitoes to ask for freshly baked eggs with salmon or other breakfast options. There is a lot of to choose from for kids breakfast menu. Hotel restaurant is good too, making a good burgers for normal price. Pool zoone is not big, but enough space for a rainy day. Has a small pool for the little ones. All in all is good choice for your stay in Zakopane for a good value of money. Highly recommend.

Location parking breakfast . We had a spacious appartement. Staff in general are helpful . Pool and soa n massage was good. However my husband was charged for a more expensive massage whereas he got the service for a cheaper option. We realised it only much later. You should verify this as the staff can be confused many times due to language issues and in general they are quite not sure. The reception staff over the phone are extremely rude n dont help. But if you arrive at the reception and request something, they are extremely helpful and friendly. Not sure why this different behaviour when you call them

Has a good variety of different room types with different view and location. Room was clean and as always as good as Radisson standards :) Has a good swimming pool and the saunas. Breakfast is tasty and has a good variety of food. The dinner is a buffet type also and is good. Staff were nice and helpful. Has an underground parking for ~20$/day Location is very good and the hotel is situated in 5 minutes from the city center (Krupówki street) and 30 minutes walk from the entrance to the Tatrzanski national park (recommend)

- Location is not in the center but around 12 mins walking which is great. It’s a quiet area but close to center with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee shops near by. I stayed here with my family for 10 nights. - The Mountain View was really nice - Staff were quite helpful - basement parking which takes you directly to your room via elevators is great. However, it’s is chargeable by the day unfortunately. - Refreshment drinks and fruits at the lobby was nice.

Great location, friendly staff, large room on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Separately, ,I also ordered a surprise for the partner. There was a very tasty cake and everything was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we did not have time to go to the restaurant or the swimming pool, which are located in the hotel itself.
